The front desk staff was very nice, The sheets were not very clean looking and rough.The tub looked dirty. Beyond that the room was good.

This hotel has been recently updated so it was very clean and somewhat stylish for this part of Idaho. The breakfast was ok but not quite as good as some hotels offer. There is the usual juice, fruit, coffee, muffins and make your own waffle machine. The coffee was just ok and made me want to go down the street to a starbucks. The bed was good and didn't give me a back ache like some hotels have. The room was a tad small for traveling with my spouse but overall was acceptable.

We have Recently Remodeled our Motel. We have brand new furniture in our rooms. We are in the process of getting new Flat Screen TVs. We have Microwaves and Fridges in some rooms. We are near a Boat Dock and a Walking Trail. Restaurants nearby.

Directions to the hotel are very poor. Ignore all reference to Hwy 12 or you will get lost. We were there late night and was not an easy town to get around in. And this hotel is right next to an industrial plant with a strong sour odor. Room was in poor condition but staff was friendly.

Hotel is very close to the paper plant and I expected to deal with *that* smell ~~ I did not expect to have to deal with the stench of stale cigarettes (a bit of air freshener would have taken care of the problem).
Overall the hotel was clean. The staff were great and the hotel is dog friendly ~ but there is no real grass to potty the dogs within a reasonable walking distance.
Not a place I'd stay again if I had a choice.

It was an overnight stay for my son and me. We didn't take full advantage of all the services. It was comfortable, clean, easy access and reasonably priced.

the curtains in my room were not attached to the wall on one side. I stayed their for five nights and thought that at leasst one of the days the curtains would be fixed, but no. There were other signs of wear in the room as well, as though my room had previously been the side of a fraternity party.

The staff was very friendly. I had gotten two rooms for two nights to visit family up in Lewiston. There breakfast was very nice they served hot waffles. I loved this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Old but works if other hotels are full

The hotel is one I would not have chosen, and we wound up here only because everything else was booked. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator, which was nice, but the room was very old and run down, the beds were rock hard, and the heater temperature control slider was broken off. I can't believe I was charged as much as I was, as the room should have been half what I paid. This thing happens when you travel to a college town on a football game weekend and don't reserve far enough in advance.

This is an older hotel and shows its age in the finer details of the room. Strong odor of cleaning fluids as if the room was not opened after cleaning to let it air a bit. There was a very small bathroom area with a shower. The room was clean and neat. The bed slept like there was no mattress on it, just a box springs. Continental breakfast was minimal and not really a true continental breakfast.

You get what you pay for. I stayed 3 nights Lewiston smells at night. Breakfact was bread or cereal. Beds were comfortable. Tub filled up during shower. Cops were there to deal with someone one morning when I came out to get breakfast. Wifi was slow. Second day they didn't clean the room. But for avout $45 a night you shouldn't expect more. And the smell would be the same wherever you stayed in Lewiston.

The room was clean and the kids loved the pool. I was unable to connect to the internet, but other than that, it was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fishing Trip

My husband and I went to Lewiston for a fishing trip. We have stayed at the Guest House Inn years before. We find it a clean and friendly place. There is a really nice steak house called MacCallum's across the street. It is a wonderful place to eat. The location of the hotel makes it very easy to get around. The only negative is the bar located on the first floor it very smokey. We would recommended this hotel to our friends. It's not the Ritz, but it is a great value for your money.
