Nice for Families
We stayed here at Thanksgiving, while visiting family in Pocatello. It was a nice, comfortable room with clean beds and a roomy bathroom. I liked that the air/heat was quiet as it cycled on and off. They have a nice indoor pool, although we didn't use it. Breakfasts were very good. The hot food items differed a little each day, so if you stay more than one night, you get a different taste the next time. I would stay here again.

Easy in, easy out. Great breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Decent public golf course in summer and fall. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are several walking distance.

Best Western cotton tree in is a first-class hotel
The staff here is awesome! Our drive to Pocatello put us in two hours earlier than expected. We arrived at the Hotel desk and asked if we could check in a little earlier than scheduled. The lady at the desk grabbed her radio and called to see if there was a room cleaned and open for us to check in. We are merely given a key and to the room we went. The rooms were clean and tidy as well as the grounds and pool area. I was amazed that this caliber of hotel would allow animals, especially our 90 pound pit bull. As long as the animal was kept on a leash of course. There were many other good dogs there. We were also pleasantly surprised at breakfast, I am a diabetic and there were plenty of options for me to eat. Other hotels only offer a sugar filled continental breakfast that is devastating to my sugar levels. I'm not sure what continent the condo breakfast came from but it must be Candyland... LOL I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great time and good value for your money. 10 out of 10 in my book and a bonus star as well.

The pie hole was a great experience for pizza and microbrewed beer. Two extra-large pizzas and two pitchers of beer were only $45. It fed six people and had enough pizza leftover for brunch the next day.

Comfortable, Easy Access
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a great value for the ORBITZ price with plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teens. Good, hot breakfast buffet beat the heck outta other hotels "continental" breakfasts. Quick drive to ISU campus and Old Town.Would probably stay there again.

Satisfactory place
Attended graduation at Idaho St. University. Very busy weekend with lots of activities in town. Room was clean, quiet, and the breakfast area was crowded, but very well stocked. I have stayed here many times over the past 6 years and have enjoyed it, so keep coming back.

Cottonwood Best Western in Pocotello, Id
We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear the people upstairs walking back and forth, the ceiling creaked a lot. The room had a very bad smell like old cigarettes/cigars. The TV would not work correctly! There is no comparison with The Red Lion just down the street from Best Western. We stayed there about 5 years ago.
