Nice accommodations but unfortunately the staff lacks professionalism. When we entered our room my son found Oreo cookies on the bed. The restroom had only one roll of toilet paper. The continental breakfast was 6-9 am but when they run out of food at 8:15 am they do not restock. The explanation given "was they were really busy". Unfortunately this is the best lodging Rexburg has to offer.

My room was right next door to the lobby and pool access area. The early morning breakfast buffet was great. Too bad everyone else and their kids thought it was good too. There was yelling, screaming and slamming doors. Made it pretty hard to get a full night's sleep.

Great Hotel with Great Customer Service
We had a wedding and needed a room for the night. When we arrived our room was ready and the staff was so nice and accomidating. The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself was a pleasure to stay at even if it was for just one night. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices on what to eat. We had a wonderful experience and will stay there again.

Well, not bad on short notice.
This hotel is very modern. Loved the decor in the common areas and the room. We were upgraded due to lack of space and that was nice. There was a decent breakfast served however the service for that was poor and unfriendly and there could have been some organization to it if the service folks were attentive. There were only two drawbacks, the room was extremely noisy all night long. Sounded like there was a waterfall running in the wall all night in the bedroom and a truck full of rocks (maybe the ice machine was above us?) dumping at regular intervals. Made my sleep very difficult. Second, the pool was very small, cold, and not family friendly really. Seemed like an afterthought. The pull out bed was not comfortable so it's a bit of a stretch to say there are two beds in the room we had. Overall, though, for a last minute hotel reservation. It was alright.

Retired & Travelling!
Great Deal on Short Notice!
We decided last minute for the 4th of July to go to Yellowstone. Rexburg was close enough, great small college town. We booked Tuesday night before. Most all other accommodations were full. This hotel had rooms at great prices. The pics online were spot on. Clean, neat, large rooms. Staff was great. Love having coffee available all the time!! The only thing that put a damper were the kids. And slamming doors. Kids were running back and forth from one room to the next, doors were slammed. It was noisy up to about 9:30. that's late if you have to get up at 4 am!! We were next to the elevator but that didn't make all that much noise. I was surprised at the inconsideration of the other hotel guests allowing the kids to run amok and slam doors. Also parents allowed children to stay in the pool for long periods of time and uhm . . . well, the water became murky! Make the kids go to the restroom please parents!! This is an hour from Yellowstone, but we didn't mind the drive, it was a beautiful drive and now we want to live there!!

We ate at Applebee's because it was close, and we got a discount with our room key!! The staff at Applebee's was great. Great meals, great food. Ask for Whitney if she's there. She was awesome.

ultra modern decor
wonderful hotel, new modern rooms, there was a baseball tournament the same weekend, so many preteen boys were rowdy in pool, but there was plenty of breakfastfor all, staff tried very well to keep up with the teens. overall a very good stay.
