Great place to stay

Great place to stay on the road to Montana, even though the dog didn't much care for the elevator. Comfortable and welcoming

La Quinta Stay

We were in Twin for a basketball tournament. We stayed at La Quinta on pole line road.(the picture on this survey page keeps showing Ameritel) The hotel staff was friendly at check in and the rooms were clean. They have a great fireplace where you can sit and visit and the breakfast was good

Great Hotel - BAD customer service!

We stayed at this Hotel when it was the Ameritel and at that time the Hotel staff were more willing to accomodate us. This past stay the hotel brand had changed to LaQuinta and they were NOT as eager to provide any special requests ie: specific room location, extra bedding, amenities like conditioner and lotion etc... Our Grandkids could smell fresh baked cookies for over an hour and the hotel desk clerk told us that they could not be served until 5:00. So we waited until precisely 5:04 and the cookies were cold. It wouldn't have hurt her to bring them out a few minutes early for the little kids - but that is just one example of the poor service you can expect! If you want good customer service DON'T STAY HERE! They are NOT willing to go above or beyond to make your stay nicer. There are plenty of great hotels in the Twin Falls area that go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable!

The most perfect place to stay

My husband and I went to Twin Falls, Idaho for our 1st year Aniv. and when we got there the Kyle met us with a very friendly smile. We did get there early and he let us sign in when we got there. The hot breakfast was great eggs wafles and bacon you also have the cold cerial and fruit along with your drinks. The Rooms were amazing. Clean, big, Nice soft beds, it was nice to go to the nice quiet room and watch the 32 in tv and relax...This was the most perfect place to stay....We will be back.

FANTASTIC stay!!

Even though we were only here for a day and one night I loved it! I have not stayed in a better hotel. The rooms were great, and the fridge and microwave in them were very nice to have on hand. They made you feel so welcome there right from the start. It was quiet and the rooms were fantastic. The one down fall to the bathroom is the toilet paper is a mile away from your toilet so you had to really reach for it. LOL I also did not care for the breakfast buffett they offered. The waffle maker stuck and our waffels were hard as a rock and in pieces. The pool was great for the kids. Roomy, warm and comfy!
