Lacking
Disappointed to not find a fridge in the room as was mentioned. Also, no spa, that my husband was looking forward to; a bit careless in the housekeeping department. But great beds and very centrally located to all of the places we planned to visit! Superb breakfast buffet very reasonably priced.

Great Location - Great Price
I made 6 separate reservations for friends who were meeting us to attend a retirement event. The rooms were all a little different in set-up but very accommodating. Since we were coming from different locations in Idaho, I inquired of hotel staff the morning of our arrival whether they could put the many reservations near each other - they were able to do this for us. It was fun and convenient to have all us friends across/down the hall from each other.

Handicap room in smoking section
Very empty the weekend before Christmas :-) Handicap room was good except tub was still a step in and the room was in the smoking section of the hotel.

Very Disappointed With UpKeep of Room
Spent a week at the hotel during Thanksgiving. During my stay, the room was attended to by housekeeping only twice. Had to empty out my own trash and informed front desk on several occasions about room not being cleaned, had to request clean bath towels on several occasions. Clean glasses for drinking were never replaced along with other amenities during the two times the room was cleaned. The lighting in room could have been a little brighter, made it difficult to read. Tried the breakfast buffet while there and was very pleased. It it wasn't for the lack of the housekeeping, my stay would have been pleasant.

Close to shopping centers. Many places to dine within the area. Pulling into and out of site was not a problem.

We were just passing through so only spent the evening and night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything including finding a restaurant. The cookies were great!

no elevaters, but only 2 floors of stairs, rooms facing street noisy, air conditioners noisy, but price reflects it
