BELOW expectations
We were put on a Smoking floor when we asked for non-smoking. Then the bathroom smelled like spoiled milk had been sitting for weeks. We were transferred to another room but downsized from 2 beds to 1. This room smelled better but wasn't any cleaner. There was pet hair all over the chair and the rug was dirty. Nothing at all like the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bad experience
Went there for Family Weekend at Illinois State University..reserved a no smoking room, was given a smoking room on a smoking floor. Called front desk to complain...woman said nothing she could do about it. Smelled horrible. Bad experience, they did nothing to try to appease us didn't seem like they cared at all.

Price is Right
Price was good but you get what you pay for. This location does not mirror other Extended Stay locations I have stayed in in the past but for the price I can not complain.

We needed a restaurant to handle a bunch for our side of the family that was NOT at the rehearsal dinner. The Ozark House had rooms for 20-200 for private groups with NO extra cost. They treated us great and did this on very short notice (found their ad in the local paper on that day). Food was very good. Location was like in a residential neighborhood, so it was hard to find by just driving around.

Unbeatable value & very clean!
We needed a place to stay while attending a wedding, but wanted something reasonable. Our room was very clean and roomy and it was close to Famous Dave's BBQ- a fantastic place to eat! If we ever need to go back to Bloomington-Normal, we would definitely stay here!

fantastic getaway
The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The first room smelled of cigaretts and we were imediatlly moved to a new room. Very clean, nice kitchen, big tv and comfortable mattress.

Misleading
Looked great from the outside and when we walked in but the elevator, hallway on 3rd floor and room smelled like smoke and were dirty. First and second floor were just fine. Guess you have to pay more for clean air and clean rooms & hallways. My white socks got really dirty just walking around the room without shoes. Time to clean the carpets. One of the beds sqeeked with every movement.
