Great stay, great price
Very enjoyable stay - clean & comfortable room, friendly staff, decent breakfast - for a very low price! Felt like I was staying at a far more expensive hotel. Probably the best deal in that area. It's not really near the heart of town, but a short car ride (or a 30-40 minute walk) will get you to downtown Champaign. Highly recommended.

Great quick stay
Friendly front desk staff, great access to the Interstate and a wide variety of stores and restaurants. The low price includes a decent breakfast to get you going in the morning and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great for Families Traveling with Pets!
While this is not a fancy hotel, it is good, clean, with an adequate breakfast. Most appreciated is that pets are welcome and free.

Great stay at La Quinta, champaign
Check-in easy, friendly & efficient staff. Room very fresh & clean. Swimming pool generously supplied with towels. Easy access to downtown, U-I, Malls, restaurants.

clean but needs updating
this is an older location. While everything worked, the facility was in need of updating to compare with most LQ's I have stayed at across the country. We had a non-smoking room, but the hallways smelled like stale smoke. The web site said rooms had frig and micro's, but ours did not have either. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the money, we thought it was a little over priced for what was compairable in the area.

Adequate hotel for one night
The hotel was a good value for the money. The staff was very nice. We checked in late and checked out early, so did not spend a lot of time on the property. Breakfast options were good and varied. Beds are double beds, not queen. Rooms are very basic, but again, fine for our purposes and clean!!

La Quinta Inn
Booked here for the Illinois Marathon because all of the sponsor hotel's were booked. Average room and features (Refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock, TV, coffee pot). The hotel did have somewhat of a smoky odor to it though.

Cancellation
I had a problem with trying to cancel one room. I went through all the cancellation change and I could not get through. I wanted to cancel one room and keep one. I tried and went through my passward and couldn't get it pulled up. You sent me another passward and it would n't work either. When we got to the hotel they tried also to reach you and it didn't work so we ended up paying for both rooms. We only used one room. Very disappointed in the cancellation rules when it didn't work.
