Great Customer Service, Amazing view.
We originally reserved a smoking room, I'm not a heavy smoker but just in case I would like the opportunity to the do it from my room. I was not expecting the heavy smell, not to mention my GF had asthma. Called the front desk for a non smoking room, after explaining my situation, they did not hesitate to find me another room. They truly went the extra mile to make our stay was a pleasant one, and gave me one of the best view in the house. Just like in the Pictures above. Will be coming back soon..

I had a very nice room which was clean and well maintained. I thought it was a bit pricey, but okay for the location, city and comfort. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and a good distance from the downtown area and right next to the subway system and other amenities.

Great Hotel
Great hotel for the great price, the location is almost in center of the city i love the river view and i love the interior of the hotel. Also i want to say little bit for the parking space it cost me 36$ for the period of 30 hours which is the best price that you can get in all Chicago.

Excellant visit
The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Every request was fulfilled as if we were the only guests. We have stayed here several times and the reason we come back, large rooms, quiet, great staff and close to the metro.

Lou Malnati's and Portillo's both excellent food and not too pricy. Try both you will not regret it.

Moving Day
We moved my daughter to Chicago and needed a place to stay. The hotel was very nice and our room was spacious. There was a fee for parking but I thought it was reasonable. We took a cab and was able to get one right outside the hotel. We went in January so walking wasn't an option on this trip. I plan on making many trips back and would choose the same hotel.

Short drive from hotel
We took a cab to go out to dinner and it only cost $7.00 for a family of 4. We didn't have to mess with parking and was picked up and dropped off door to door.

Superb service and comfort!!
We were on a family vacation and our stay at this hotel helped to make it all such a pleasant and fun trip! We have 2 teenagers (14/17) and they both enjoyed the lobby area at night w/their laptops and also the fitness center and pool. The hotel service was excellent...couldn't ask for better or more efficient service! We'd definitely stay here again...and have for the past 2 years.
