Wonderful anniversary trip
We had a lovely weekend here. We ate at the steakhouse and it was pricey but GREAT. Good experience. Will stay there again.

Very pleased
Nice hotel, excellent staff and service. The "Big Bar" downstairs is quite nice, thought at typical hotel prices for drinks.

Great Hotel
Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds were awesome. Staff was always right there if you needed assistance. Let us check in early and check out late. Bar and restaurants are expensive in the hotel but there are walkways underground to cheaper eats. Would want to stay there again on next visit to Chicago.

New year in Chicago
Located in a perfect place close to bus stops, touristic buses and a block away from Michigan Ave. Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our rooms the fourth day. We had to wait about 40 minutes till they arrive. The rooms are dark and do not have ceiling lights, only lamps (4). Rooms are confortables but rugs, desk, lamps and TV were dusty everyday.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
Michigan Ave is a block away from the hotel. You can shop over the whole avenue but prices are high. You can find good sales but have to be patient. The Premium outlet mall is 35 miles away and it is better to rent a car at least for one day.

The Hyatt is a large hotel. We were put tin the west tower which make the walk to the lobby/car/restaurant longer. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly.I would stay there again.

my wife and i liked it. The lobby had a vegas type atmosphere. My room had a very nice view of the city.
