Baymont Inn and Suites Rockford

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff were wonderful especially Lee. Very nice very helpful and funny.

Blah hotel, blah staff, they seemed to be put out by the simplest questions. I unfortunately disbursed the front desk girl twice in 30 minutes from her personal phone calls.

The place was nice, good size fridge and microwave in the room. Nice grass areas to walk the dogs. I would recommend it to my friends.

My stay at Baymont Inn & Suites in Rockford, IL was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Synthia was very helpful and accomodating.

Very hot outside when we checked in, air in elevator not working, when we got to the room it was very warm inside. We turned on the air and it barely turned out more then a light breeze on full. We waited for the room to cool off and when we couldnt stand it anymore we left for dinner and was away for a couple hours. The room was still hot, called desk and within 10 minutes they were at the door with key cards for the room next door where the air worked better. Lady at the desk was very helpful and speedy with a remedy.

Great breakfasts with waffle, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, etc, soft water, good wi-fi connection. Only complaint- the computer downstairs couldn't print. Overall great value.

Handy location near I-90 and US20 intersection and other people and things of interest in Rockford, Illinois. Like many other Baymont Inn designs, but cleaner, with a great breakfast, pool, and friendly well-managed atmosphere. It is NOT an upscale 4-star hotel, but neither is the price. A good sleep/bed, pool/spa, quiet, clean, and no high-maintenance or drama to deal with. Just relax yourself.

When we got to our first room the fridge did not work & the room was not very clean (hair, dirt in bathroom).In the room they moved us to, our son wanted to take a bath, but there was no stopper for the tub, they finally removed one from another room on our second day after us asking for the third time. When we went to take a shower on our first day there was NO hot water. Our daughter & son-in-law & our 2 grandsons who also stayed stayed there with us in a room down the hall had the same problem, again this wasn't taken care of until the SECOND DAY!! The girl who worked at the front desk during the every day we were there was very rude & acted as though she did not care about these problems, she even hung up the phone on me as I was speaking to her the first day about the stopper & hot water problems!! We had an awful time getting extra linen, they only allowed 3 sets of towels & wash clothes for a room with 4 plus a baby (2 queen beds). When we asked for anything we had to go from the 3rd floor down to the 1st to the desk to get it ourselves. We have stayed at lower rated hotels & have had towels, etc. brought to our rooms. We could not believe this was a Baymont!!
