Mixed feelings
The hotel and stay itself were good and we would stay again, except for problems after we left. We got about 4 hrs away, my husband discovered he left his phone. When I called his number, the person idenified herself as working at the Comfort Inn. She said she would ship the phone to us, I gave her all the info. Over a week later after talking to 2 other people, one being a manager. We are told they never found our phone. I asked the manager to explain how I knew exactly where it was and the person who answered it as being at the Comfort Inn if it was not found there??? She had no answer. They haven't even tried to settle anything and haven't called back. I just joined their club. Guess it's one I may not use.
