Not worth the money

Did not feel comfortable at this hotel. Seemed as if this hotel needs additional cleaning. See full review

Quality Suites Rockford is close to many attractions including Magic Waters waterpark, MetroCentre arena, Cherry Valley Mall and Rockford college. Guests will enjoy our Exercise room, Indoor heated pool, free wireless internet and free local calls. All rooms have Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and work desk. Free hot breakfast served each morning. Pet accommodation: 25.00/night per pet. Pet limit: two pets per room / 30 pounds and under.

H-D trip

This hotel does not represent the Quallity Inn brand very well. Public area are not clean and very worn. Carpet in elevator was replusive. TV in room was barely functional and only two bath towels which were quite worn. PM breakfast was promoted as "healthy" but cereals were only for kids. Pretty sad offering.

Not worth a visit

Electric door to room would not open with the card or with the master key. Receptionist not trained to use tool that opens door to room.

was given wrong room,gang signs in bathroom,and upon check out was never asked how the stay was.will not stay there again.unless it was free

Slaters Reviw of Quality Suites

Midway stop for our drive to Rochester MN. Disappointed they reduced the items available for continental breakfast. No hot meats, eggs or potatoes. Waffle maker was in use but people were having extreme difficulty removing the finished waffles.
