Super 8 Springfield East

Our weekend stay was good. Lighting in the room could have been better, but the King size bed and new carpeting was nice.

We were in and out in less than 24 hours for a quick trip. For what we needed, which wasn't much, this place was fine. Beds were fine, had a good size mini fridge, and is easy to find from the highway. Small breakfast in lobby included. Shower could've been a little cleaner. Decent for the price if you're looking for low-budget.

The staff was corgial and the value was there, but the hot water flow was very slow, could be there is lime build up the the hot water herter. the room looks to have just been painted , but it was a very sloppy job and there were spots missed. The shower had mold in the seam on the back wall. The road noise at night was bad , hard to sleep with all that noise. Windows were replaced , but with a cheap grade of window and this lets noise in. The management was not happy with haveng to give up prophet to rent a room, he would rather have talked to me and then have given me the same discount prece and made more porphet.

The staff was rude and seemed put out to help me. My room key would not work for me and had to go to the front desk for a master key to get in my room each time. I suggested changing batteries in the electronic lock or cleaning the swipe but they did niether and told me I didn't know how to properly operate the card lock. Give me a break!! The room was fair but really needed a good cleaning! The breakfast bar was pitiful at best. I told my wife we will never stay at this motel again. Since we make about one trip a year to Springfield to National AMA Motorcycle races I will also be telling all my riding friends about this place as well. My advice - go somewhere else!

The staff was friendly, the nonsmoking room wasn't big but it was clean and the heater worked well which I was glad as it was -7 out. The only dislike was that the bed was a little hard, but other than that it was good for the price.

Room was clean and great shower. TV stuck on Video, and light over desk didn't work. Too tired when arrived to notify desk on TV, just turned on radio, fell asleep and woke in the morning.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean room. Well priced.

Good experience; the room was clean, neighbors were quiet, there was a mini-frig, and good TV. Its all I needed. Hotel employees were very polite and helpful.

I was in need of a place to stay and since I am a choice member I stopped at the Econolodge. I was not very happy because there was a musty smell in the room and the airconditioner did not remove the dampness from the room. It was not worth the money that I paid for that room.

WAS IN TOWN DUE TO HOSPITAL STAY FOR BOTH ME & MY FIANCE...CAME BACK TO ROOM & AIR DIDNT WORK-MOVED 3 DIFF TIMES BEFORE WE GOT A ROOM W/AIR CONDITIONER....MOTEL DID NOTHING TO COMPENSATE FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE
