Bare bones and that's it
Got in after 11:00 pm. Lobby was closed with a sign that directed us to call a number for help. No answer. Second try, directed to leave a message. Another unfortunate showed up and had better luck contacting someone. Indicated there were lock boxes in the entrance. Once opened there was an envelope with the room key and a map. Room was a room... mattresses were like bags of potatoes, bathroom was (in the words of my daughter) sketchy. Cold air, light, sound pretty much came around, over and under the doors ( the one adjoining the room next to us with the non-stop belching contest, and the entrance door). The blinds wouldn't close all the way. Little privacy. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep, this could be the place. Maybe not.

For the price i paid i could have stayed at a motel 6 and had a cleaner and more upto date room. The walls were scratched up, tv was older with a remote that was broken, sheets were stained. I'd never stay there again! I almost left and asked for a refund but mjoney was low and i couldn't find a cheiper room that late in the game.

Stayed here during a weekend visit to IU. The motel is set on a spacious piece of property and has an outdoor pool and abundant open space. Room was OK, bathroom could use some improvement. Rate included basic breakfast but we went elsewhere. Lobby area is actually very charming and looks like it's newly renovated. Near mall, chain restaurants and fast food outlets, if any of that is important.

They just need to upgrade a bit, use comforters with changeable sheets instead of blanket and flowered comforter.

IU MOM
Nice& Clean Staff was very friendly
We arrived late 11pm and front desk was locked up. Phone # to call for service. Janitor came and gave us a room to sleep in, He even added an extra heater. Our resvation from orbit never made it to the hotel. The staff at the hotel was not aware we were coming, but made room for us anyway. Thank You very much.
