Nice and clean

Great hotel but I would liked to see a better breakfast- very limited items. Room was clean and modern. It is very close to many dinner restauants.

Bloomington Trip

Good value. Clean quiet rooms. Nice, helpful staff and convenient breakfast buffet.

Mom's weekend at IU

At check in staff tried to rebill me for my stay which had been paid for through [...] a month prior to arrival. Luckily I had my paperwork to prove I had paid. The heating unit, while heated well, made a terrible noise each and every time, day and night, when it cycled off. The fridge was between the wall and dishwasher. In stead of hinging to open into the kitchen, it was hinged to open towards the wall. The kitchen was so tiny that if a person was heavy they would not be able to stand in front of the fridge and open it making access very difficult. Very poor set up. It would take 20 minutes to reverse the hinges and handles but it was never done.
