Worst stay at a hotel ever. Once you got the shower to turn on after 10 minutes of playing with it you could not get it to turn off. The toilet would not flush. The room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in three months. You could tell there was water damage to the room. The ceiling was falling in on the outside of the room. And getting woke up to construction workers at 6:30 a.m. was not pleasant at all.

There were bed bugs!

All the previous reviews gave me very low expectations. Overall, I was pleased that the previous reviews were not all accurate. The hotel did have a musty smell, but it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool. The shower only ran hot which would not be good for sensitive children. There was a fridge, microwave, iron, and blow dryer in the room. No coffee pot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel was good for the price.

we arrived on sat at 3:30 pm and we had booked 2 rooms and neither room was clean, dirty bed, dirty towels, so they moved us to a new room where the toilet did not flush. when i reported this to the hotel maintanance, they informed me that the toilet had been broke for about 2 weeks. the rooms were nasty. I was very disappointed in the hotel and all i recieved for all the problems was 1/2 price our next stay. well guess what, i will not stay there again.

Our experience was awful.The room was smoking room that had been sprayed to smell like a non smoking room. The sheet had cigarette burns in them. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The ceiling had events that water damage and happen and then covered up with plastered. The bathroom had mold around the tub and shower curtain with cogarette burns on the sink. Also, the curtain on window were dirty. The bathroom door would close. Some of lights did not work. The sheet on the bed had cigarette burns and hole in them. The door to the room looks like it broken into before.So, I am totally surprise that you put your name in association with this Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Evansville area or for a matter of fact any chain they have in the US. Also before our stay my credit card was charged one month before our stay.Also, I request a non-smoking ground level room, due to the fact my husband is handicap and cannot climb stairs. Our room was on the second level and my husband trip a couple of times climbing the stairs to our room.If someone would like to talk with me in person, I can be reached at [@]

I was in town for a business event. This hotel was a good location for it, not too far, but not too close. When I got there, check-in went smoothly. However, when I walked into my room, the sheets hadn't been changed, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the dirty towels were still hanging in the shower. I was instantly given a new room, which I was thankful for. The next day I went to the pool, which was enjoyable. I go back to the room, and there is no water. I call the front desk, and they say that all they can offer are a few bottles of water so I can shower. The water wasn't available until at least 6:30 that night, and needless to say, I was late for the event. There was no compensation offered or even an apology for the inconvenience. Finally, on the morning of my checkout, I looked up at the ceiling above the television and saw I had a little visitor. Last I checked, roaches were not a good thing to have in a hotel. An absolute hole.

Hotel visit was great,excellent customer service, loved the hot breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds. Overall stay was very good, will stay again in the future.

high speed internet was super slow....i got fast service on my at home dial up. had ants in my room breakfast was really bad....hard doughnuts no butter or syrup for waffles i will not stay here again nor will i recommend this hotel to anyone. some staff was friendly.

I attended the Kenny Kent Jazz Wine & Arts Festival while i was in Evansville. I had a great time and look foward to visiting again.
