Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.

Great family getaway

It was the best deal in town. Can't beat the price, which I got through Orbitz.. The price I paid for six nights, you would somewhere else for one day. The hotel is right off the highway,and near every store and resturant that fit your needs. The beds were nice, with only one thin pillow, which could have use another, or a flufflier big one. This was my second stay, which we may use evey time we come back.

Value Stay in Evansville, IN

We had notified the hotel at the time the reservation was made that we would be arriving late. The staff member (who was friendly) had no idea what she was doing, did not have access to the computer passwords needed to process the check-in and had to rely on a maintenance employee for assistance who made attempts to contact a manager by phone. It took nearly 30 minutes just to check in (after 12 hours on the road). [...] We were not happy with the hotel and will not return. We were given one roll of toilet paper for 6 days and no towels/sheets/etc. but was charged a "fee" for these items....ridiculous!
