Reasonable and Convenient
The price of the room was good & it has a 24 hour McDonalds next door, which was a real bonus for me. The continental breakfast was basically coffee and a cookie - better to go next door to McD. Room was clean w/ kingsize bed, but sofa looked soiled & I would not sit on it. Inn is close to many shopping venues - bookstores, malls, groceries - you name it. All in all, it worked out well for me.

Lowest price - get what you pay for
We originally booked 2 nights, but checked out after our first night to find a higher quality place. Granted... it was the lowest price in the area, so I might go back if I was traveling through and just needed a quick place to crash.

There was Bed bugs in this hotel. The guy at the desk acted like they were not.

One night stay
I wouldn't stay there for more then one night stay. It was just a place to come back and crash after a night out.

Not quite a bad experience, but not good
Cigarette hole burn in sheets left an unclean, unkempt impression. My "neighbors" left two german shepards in their truck who barked late into the night. The area where ice was kept was rusty, dirty and unkempt. The carpets felt gritty on my bare feet, and comforter was scratchy and not fresh or clean smelling. The staff was friendly though, and the shower hot with good water pressure. I also felt there was a good selection on the TV. I'm not normally too picky. If a room is clean, I can overlook bad locations, noisy neighbors, etc. but this time I just wasn't quite happy. I would not stay again....

Good night's rest
If you're looking for a good night's rest at a value price, this is the place to go. The room was clean and fairly spacious, although some knobs were missing from equipment(making the AC hard to control). There are absolutely no amenities, but they're upfront about that in the advertising. There was very limited channels on the television, which was a disappointment since there was nothing else to do there. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in this area. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to others that merely need a place to rest.

There are many fast food and decent sit down dining places on Colisem Blvd and Coldwater Rd, which are down the road and one turn. Close and simple.

Met my expectations
Decent bed and shower. You can tell this place was probably nice a few decades ago. Everything was clean, but there was some wear and tear. A great deal in a good location.
