Priced too high for what you receive
I liked the idea of having a full sized refridgerator in the room and the stove top to cook for the family. I think it should be exlained upfront (before booking the room) that housekeeping is not available and you must empty your own trash. There is also no maintenance person on duty. We had a broken recliner in our very small room and the young lady at the front desk had to move the chair by herself and replade it. I have stayed at other hotels with the full kitchen available, but they also offered housekeeping. This facility also had dirty pots and pans which needs to be replaced.

Roomy, clean, efficient
Traveling with a 90-yr-old in a wheelchair can be a challenge. The Candlewood suite provided plenty of space, a kitchenette for dining, and a roomy bathroom. The hotel's exercise room, pool, and computer room were well-maintained--a great way to keep up with my fitness routine and to relax. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Candlewood Suites Hotel in Ft. Wayne worked very well for my purposes. It is centrally located to several malls and a bunch of restaurants. An associate from Ohio came to meet me there and liked the hotel so well that he checked in for two days.
