The hotel provided us opportunity to be close to our family at a very reasonable price and the facilities were very comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast but their seating was limited.

just what we needed
They were kind enough to let us check in early after taking a red eye to Fort Wayne for my grandmother's funeral. They had a little breakfast that ended at 10, and unfortunately it was all gone by 9:45 when I got there. The only problem was that the pillows were not that comfortable. But the rooms were clean, the people were friendly, and the price was pretty good.

"Quality" is Appropriate.
Location is good; very near relatives that we were visiting. Included breakfast was substantial, (skip the eggs-institutional). I especially appreciated the darkness and quiet of the room as well as the shower water presssure. This motel is sited at a very convenient to shopping at Glenbrook Shopping center as well as eating establishments. We only stayed one night but will use this motel for any future visits requiring a motel stay.

Clean room, great value!
We stay two nights and were very happy with the service, cleanliness, and location of our hotel. Very close to restaurants, movies, and shopping. The free breakfast included hot and cold options. All in all a great value for the money.

The Chinese restaurant in the parking lot was quick, friendly and delicious. Don't forget to ask for a paper plate and plastic-ware if taking food to go.

Refuge after bad experience at other
I arrived to this hotel after having checked in at another motel in the area. I left that motel because the service was incredibly bad and they did not have hot water. It was 7:00pm when I realized there was no hot water and at 9:00pm they still did not have hot water or way to fix it. We just left. As soon as we arrived to Quality Inn the front desk lady was very nice and kind. We were checked in, the beds were AWESOME!!! And there was hot water! And the temperature was divine. There was no noise or smoking smell like at the first one. In short we slept very well and had a very pleasant experience!
