Clean, comfortable accommodations. Great staff. TV's were older models, but that didn't matter since we didn't watch it. We could have used a fan in the bathroom to keep it from steaming up. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! So much better than the usual stiff foam ones. Overall, a very good experience.

I was in town of a nearby wedding and pick this hotel based on the price and pictures. The pictures matched and it was good considering the price. The bed was super comfortable and having a couch in the room was great! Sadly, time didn't allow for use of the pool or eating the free breakfast, but next time!
Something that would have been nice, however, was a fan in the bathroom. With no movement of air, it was hard to get the mirror clean after a shower.
Overall, it was a great stay and next time, I'm going swimming! :o)

Traveling with two parents and three children. It was very nice to have a suite which had two bedrooms with actual closing doors, a living room/kitchen, and, best of all, two bathrooms. The free hot breakfast was very good one morning, only so-so the next. The room seemed clean and the indoor swimming pool was nice. There isn't much in the way of restaurants, shopping or attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but it is right off the highway so it is easy to get around town from the hotel location. I would choose this hotel again.

The room was cleaned wonderuflly each day with fresh linen! I was pleased with the hot breakfast each morning and provided coffee 24-7.
I did have one issue with a family memeber trying to call my room and the front desk didn't answer 3 times to tranfer them. Maybe an extension to the rooms would be helpful. Also as far as amenities, it would have been a bonus to have a fridge in my room. But otherwise the stay was great!

Shower heads needs to be replaced, /water cannot be adjusted to warm/ its either cold.or HOT HOT HOT, and bathroom door needs to be adjusted or replaced/ I had to lift the door/ and forcefully push it,. to close it. (It felt like I am in a motel vs hotel. )
overall wasnt too too bad, service was great, rooms are clean.

This was an excellent value compared to hotels located In downtown Indianapolis. It is really great to have a suite for a four night stay. The room was well kept by the housekeeping staff. I had two minor complaints--the room freshener was not pleasant, but I prefer no scent to an artificial scent; the covering for the HVAC unit mounted on the ceiling above the kitchenette was filthy.

I was a little disappointed that the water park was closed. Plus I found out that my hotel stay would have not included the water park pricing even if it wasn't closed. But the staff was great my kids just played around in the hotel indoor pool. There were plenty of store/restaurants close by.

After a very stormy and rainy day in Indy, we found our hotel to be a very sunny part of our day! The waterpark was clean and well organized. Our room was very nice and clean and we felt welcomed there. We enjoyed a good breakfast before heading to the children's museum. Checkout was sooo easy. I told everyone what a great value this was!!

In many ways, a great place with helpful staff behind the desk, clean rooms, tasteful Mariott-style decoration.
Negatives: Halls were slightly dank, and Breakfast was skimpy. My biggest gripe was their failure to follow through when I discovered spoiling milk in a carton on the 2d of a five day stay. They offered compensation, but each day never got around to it, never volunteering feedback as to why they didn't deliver (each of the remaining days). Finally they gave me a letter apologizing, and promising to send me compensation when they found the right form. Hah! That was three weeks ago. I'm not calling them - they can say nothing I'd believe, based on past performance.
"Failed Promises" is the reason I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Like many Mariotts I've stayed at, Mariott doesn't actually run the place, they just franchise it out.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The bed was beyond dreamy and I actually slept better than I do at most hotels. The hotel was quiet. The pool and spa area was nice. The hotel is not very close to many nicer restaurants although it was a short driving distance to find something. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The pool and spa area was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking, but what can you expect from a free buffet. The room was just as clean as it has been from my other stays here. The gentleman who checked me in and out was very polite. He also ran to my room to get some items I left behind when I checked out so I could pick them up later.I would definately return to this hotel.

This hotel offers a decent room for the price I recieved through the travel agency. The bed was not very comfortable and it had some stains on the sheets the day I checked in. The television is outdated and did not work properly. Overall I gave it 3 stars because it seemed to be pretty average for the ammount I paid to stay.

Best stay of my entire vacation!

I was pleasantly suprised at how clean this hotel was! AND... The breakfast was top notch! Milk, fruit, yogurt... it was all individually packaged. Name brand stuff, Yoplait yogurt, soy milk also available. Wonderful waffles and bacon! YUM!! The bed was SO comfortable. The most comfortable and enjoyable hotel room stay of my entire vacation. Will stay here again!

Felt as though I was in a dorm or fraternity hall. Hotel staff should be responsible for keeping noise down to a minimum. Especially after 10:00...11:00...midnight. Totally out of control. Location is great, but does not trump noise AND paper thin walls.

It was a good enough deal and good enough experience, though nothing spectacular. Pool was nice, continental breakfast a bit bland, some fixtures cheap-looking, very convenient location, microwave and mini-fridge in room a pleasant surprise, staff perfunctory rather than friendly, but overall entirely adequate.

The room I stayed in could definitely use some updating. The carpeting was filthy and had cigarette burns in multiple places. The towels/pillow cases were supposed to be white, but were definitely more a shade of yellow. Even the coffee the next morning was lukewarm instead of hot. Next time I'm taking my friend up on the offer to crash at her place!

we were completely dissatisfied with this hotel - it was not even close to being equipped as promised; there wasn't even a discloth in the kitchen area. the room was barely equipped for an overnight stay, let alone an extended one. we had to wait 5 hours to get a set of linens for the pullout couch, and the blanket we received had cigarette burn holes in it - the kitchen didn't have any cooking utensils, just one skillet and one pot (we had to go out and buy a spatula). the pool was closed, and when it opened the next morning, the water was still cloudy. when coffee was served the next morning, there wasn't any cream out - a staff member said "oh, we must be out" when asked about it. i would never stay here again.

We wanted a clean room for the night with good access to Interstate 465. That's what we got. There was nothing special about the place, though it did have an excellent breakfast with a lot of choices.

Outstanding Stay at Candlewood Suites

On arriving at the Candlewood Suites hotel I was greeted at the front desk by a very professional, pleasant and knowledge staff personal. After introducing myself and my booking information was obtained and I was given my room card (keys). I was given an overview of the amenities that the hotel provided and also directions on how to get to where I needed go while there. My room was very clean and comfortable and provided free WiFi, cable TV and DVD player. From the time I arrived until I checked out my stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommended this hotel for any traveler to Indianapolis Northwest.

The location is great. It is just off the main highway. However, the hotel was nothing like the picture. What they called a suite, was actually 1 room divided by a counter. The hotel was very unkempt and the carpet needed cleaning. The area where the continental breakfast was to be served was unclean. The continental breakfast consisted literally of 4 muffins, 5 doughnuts, a container of milk, and juice. It was so unkempt, I refused to eat there. This definitely was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
