Caution - wouldn't go anytime soon.
Just stayed there for a week - place is under major renovation - I was in one of the "renovated" rooms - it did not have a phone and one of the lights did was falling off the wall and it didn't work. The hotel WIFI was nonexistent. Most of the hallways looked like a I was saying in a concrete bunker. The breakfast that they charged for was average at best - staying in other places and had similar, if not better food included. The little courtyard was nice to sit in and the location to interstate and Carmel was nice.

Good Value
The property is undergoing rennovation (since aquisition by its new owners). The location is quite convenient to downtown Indianapolis (approx. 20 minutes by car) while set in a suburban, forrested location. While showing its age and associated wear, our not-yet-rennovated room but still exceeded our normal expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

Breakfast offered only a buffet (albeit with eggs to order)and, thus, was not a cost-effective option for us.

Couples getaway
The hotel is at a perfect location staff was friendly and the bartender can make one terrific drink. The pool and jacuzzi is 3 feet tall perfect to enjoy the moment with your partner. The neighborhood is a good place to enjoy along with downtown Indianapolis. By the way everything is space out so be prepare to drive.

Circle centre mall in downtown Indianapolis is a good shopping mall the drive from the hotel is about 30-40 min drive depending on traffic. Looking for a big sign that say mall it a parking lot garage that allow you for park up to 3 hour for $1.50.

A ok place to stay
The rooms were nice and clean. Restaurant food was good(steak was over cooked) but service was terrible. Very slow, Kids were about done eating when we got our meals then the steak was really over cooked. It took forever to get and pay our bill.

Buckeye fan in MI
Pleasant suprise.
After a long day at the NCAA tourney we weren't sure what to expect for the execellently low price we paid for our room but everything was perfect and the staff could not have been friendlier. Will stay here again for sure next time we are in Indy.

If you are a Buckeye fan in town for the Big Ten Tourney, you must check out Champs in downtown Indy. You will feel right at home!

Family Reunion
Hotel staff very friendly and had everything in order upon arrival.Pool was crystal clear and the spa perfect.Breakfast was handy and quick.(great coffee)

Nice but under some renovation
Nice experience. Staff very friendly and courteous. Doing some updating and renovating from a previous problem, but overall room and service was fine. Only thing I would recommend...only 2 wash clothes in bathroom. We were only there overnight so we managed, but would ask for more next time.

Nice out of town evening
The room was extremely clean and everything was organized. The bathroom had plenty of room to spare. Have to say, it was one of the largest rooms, this side of a suite we have ever stayed in. Enjoyed the stay, wish it could have been longer.

Friendly, helpful and prepared.
The staff here was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were here for the Indy 500 and the hotel was very accommodating. They offered theme oriented meals, prepared lunches to take to the track, and ice, water and sunscreen for those who needed it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.
