Lees Inn And Suites Muncie

I was attending the 75th anniversary celebration of the Academy of Model Aeronautics, and needed a room which allowed me to prepare my planes for the day. Checking in was quick and friendly. Made me feel at home. A quiet room, plenty of space for the models, all amenities promised, prompt service from front desk staff, who were cheerful and eager to provide service, or at least seemed to be. Really good selections for the (included) breakfast. Very fast checkout, which was nice, even though I was in no hurry. A rare combination of professional and familiar. I was well-rested for a day of flying at the International Aeromodeling Center.

Traveled to Mucie for Freshman Orientation at Ball State. My wife and I had no interest in staying in the dorms, but there weren't many choices in 3 to 4 star hotels. Surprisingly, Lee's Inn was better than we expected and was quite comfortable. Though some of the decor could use some updating the accommodations were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Was here for a conference. The hotel was surprisingly well-appointed. Had king-size bed with sitting area, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good: eggs, pancakes, fruit, etc.--beyond standard fare at usual complimentary breakfast hotels.

The Pool water and area was very dirty.This trip was for pleasure. Took grandchildren for overnight stay for spring break outing. Would not stay here again. Kids did not want to swim due to pool being very dirty. Breakfast was not something to enjoy.

custmer service was great, the rooms were big and quiet the only issue was no microwave or fridge in room other than that it was good

We are from the area and had a semi-major plumbing emergency which required no water service for a night/day. (Did I mention that it was three days after my wedding so this also became our honeymoon!) We arrived at the hotel at 11:45 p.m. only 20 minutes after securing the room via [...]. When we checked-in we opted for a suite since it was the same price as a king room which we had orginally paid for. The room was clean--I did an amateur check for bed bugs--never can be too carefull! Everything was clean. Being from the area, I knew of several nearby restaurants which are open late or are open 24 hours. We chose one, had a good hot meal and headed to the hotel. The bed, which was to be a queen, but I think it was a full, cannot be described as a cloud, and the pillows were flat. There was one extra pillow in the closet, but I brought my favorite from home, so I was thankful. Breakfast was hot but the promised sausage gravy should have been left in the can or wherever it came from--not good. However, the eggs and sausage links were hot and not too bad. Breakfast also included bagels, toast, donuts, tropical fruit salad, and cereal choices, and the usual juices, coffee, and milk. Oh--it also had a nice eating area with a three-sided fire place. A romantic way to begin our fourth day of marriage!

Git a suite for the price of a room. Very nice decor and facilities. Good locaton for all of Muncie and East Central Indiana. Lots of resturants and shops near. Quiet and very well kept and clean. Friendly staff. The best motel and/or suites in Muncie. Very reasonably priced.
