Surpisingly nice for price
We needed a room for our daughter's college graduation, and the Signature Inn was the most affordable option. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. The staff was very nice and friendly. This hotel is a great value.

The room was small, water stains (or something else) on bathroom walls, two full size beds, and no elevator. Traditional continental breakfast was good, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, etc. Didn't get a chance to use pool

"Perfect"
Visited Muncie for Ball State. Hotel was clean and close to campus. Staff was very friendly, especially the front desk staff.

Family Traveler
Great Disappointment
The Signature Inn is a very dated facility. The rooms are average size but the furniture and decor are decades out of date. The rooms are non-smoking but the stale scent of old carpet and smoke still permeates the walls. Unfortunately we did not find the room as clean as we expected. The lack of attention to cleanliness (particularly the tub & shower area) left my teenagers especially uncomfortable. We did not end up staying and found accommodations elsewhere. For the condition of this hotel, it should not be awarded the star rating it recieved. I will say that the young man at the front desk was very professional and gracious when we checked out. [...] I would give him good points for his customer service despite everything else. Travelers may also want to know that this is a two story hotel that does not have an elevator (or the elevator was out of service?) The pool was also closed for repairs. I don't know if these were temporary circumstances or not.

it was just tired and in need of repair. Furniture was chipped and ceiling trim in the bathroom was missing due to water damage?? no vending available

Staff was friendly, room was reasonably clean, but the headboard was not in line with the bed, and the room was in desperate need of paint and trim. However the hotel was very reasonably priced, so it was ok.

Very bad choice
Bathrooms were dirty and walls had been stripped of wall paper and were bare drywall. Rooms were drab and smelled of cigerette smoke.

Great stay for the great price
I just needed a nice place to stay for one night, and Signature Inn was the perfect spot. It was a convenient location and the great hotle amenities (BREAKFAST) made it an easy choice. The price was a great attraction and having stayed at this hotel before and knew it was the one that I wanted.
