WiFi?
I was not able to access their WiFi network. I called the front desk. The Super 8 Motel representative simply said, "I have not gotten any other calls from others". He went on to say "I usually have my computer with me but it's out in the car, so I cannot check". He then did NOTHING else to help me with my problem. Very disappointed with this staff person.

Overnight for Triathlon
The NON smoking lobby smelled heavily of smoke. Mixed up rooms, had to come find us to switch. Reserved two double bed rooms and only got one. Another guest tried to get in our room after we had checked in.

The staff was nice and efficient. The TV channels were ho-hum. The gunshots outside the hotel in the middle of the night were a bit daunting. Couldn't sleep at all after that. I know that wasn't the hotel's fault but unsure of staying in this location again.

Super 8 Muncie
Had to carry luggage up stairs - I am a Senior Citizen with a heart condition. Bed seemed a little undersized for a queen.

Friendly and helpful staff
My son has type 1 diabetes and his sugar was very low in the middle of the night. I asked the staff on duty if there was somewhere nearby I could purchase anything with sugar and they quickly got me a glass of orange juice and offered more if it was needed.
