Airport Inn & Suites

Perhaps a sign of the economy but across the board service, cleanliness and amenities were substandard. I have stayed here before and found it to be a good value with clean rooms and nice amenities. This trip the hot tub didn't work; there was trash on the floor in the room and they no longer had a decent breakfast.

I pre paid the room with Orbitz 3 weeks prior. Arrived at 9PM. I was told they were sold out because they made a mistake and booked someone else in my room. The clerk told me she would give me the name of other hotels where I could find a room. I am not kidding. She could not reach the manager for 45 minutes. In the meantime she registered and placed 3 people in rooms (after telling me there were NO rooms available). This was a Notre Dame football weekend when most hotels are sold out. I missed my dinnner reservation at a fine restaurant because of this and after finally speaking to the manager they gave me a room. Unacceptable performance. Very stressful and aggravating. I travel frequently and have never had this happen. I should at a minimum be given a refund and you should consider delisting this aweful place.

Hotel was in bad condition. The decor was bad and floor was unclean. In the 2 night stay, no cleaning of room was done.Room was in musty condition and looked like a dilapidated hotel. [...]

We booked the rooms for my daughters wedding. When we got there they made a mistake with our reservations it took us over 45 mins. to get into our rooms and was charged double for my room or as they said my money was put on hold and because of someone else' mistake I ended not getting my money back for a week.I have never experienced such a headache as I did this last time.

We arrived a little after check in time.The lobby, pool area, main floor hallway and parking lot all looked pretty good. We were quickly & politely registered. The second floor hall was not inviting. The carpet was worn, torn & patched. Glass broken in a fire extinguisher cover & looked dangerous, cleaning crew had the hall blocked with sheets, trash and their carts. We squeezed by to our room which looked pretty good except the sink was dirty and the stuff from inside the fridge was in the sink. They said a pop had exploded in the fridge and they were cleaning/defrosting it. Water was seeping out onto the rug even though they had stuffed a sheet into the fridge to sop it up. I asked to change rooms and the manager politly accomodated. To my dismay the next room had a dirty sink, Fridge parts in the sink sheet stuffed inside it and it was melting all over. We left to seek other accomdations. Through it all the manager was very polite but... If you made the mistake of booking there, you should leave too. Not good at any price.

My stay at this hotel was miserable. We arrived after check in time and our room wasnt even ready, I found old soap in the bathroom, the hot tub by the pool was dirty and cold and the receptionist wasn't knowledgable of her job. I will never visit this hotel again.

They did not have any internet connection. The desk attendant told me they are under no owners and the new owners did not have any light bulbs! I got my room switched because there were no light bulbs in my original room. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to the airport

I went for a funneral and was in the hotel for a week. The good was they did have a smoking room and they are within site of the airport.The room was showing its age and could use a face lift. The tub/shower valve did not work properly and would change to shower from tub just from the water traveling through it. Water pressure was very low for a good shower. One evening the police arrived to find a party in the room next door that had 18 minors attending it. This happened at 3 am and the hotel didnt seem to care that it cost me a nights sleep. On one occasion I was locked out of the hotel when comming in late and on anouther My room key wouldnt work, They also had trouble with the elevator at one time and since I was on the third floor it was a hassle. I dont believe I will be staying at that hotel again.

First thing, the room was gorgeous. Large, with a separate sitting area and very nice furniture. It was better than rooms I've payed double for. But... I was woken four times by rowdy guests. I complained, front desk said 'thank you' and that was it. They did not offer to change my location, didn't say they'd do anything about it, and didn't do anything about it. Next day, the kitchen wasn't open for the continental breakfast and when we got there another poor woman was scrounging trying to feed her many foster children. How could we try to claim food for ourselves leaving the children without? So we didn't and went out. The internet access was intermittent at best, and at times didn't work at all. It wasn't that important to me and I didn't complain to anyone about it, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Finally, we chose them because we were picking up a pedigreed kitten and they claim they allow pets. The signage was quite clear that they DO NOT allow pets. If you don't need a lot of sleep, don't eat, and don't care if they follow the policies posted on the website then go ahead and stay here. Otherwise, find somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was warm it also had floating material on it. The free breakfast was taken over by children Hotel could use some general maintenance
