Great place!
From my very first visit to the front desk until my check-out everything was handled very professionally and with the utmost of courtesy. This service continued when I needed some assistance from the housekeeping staff. Staff was vey helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable with the pillow top and it was a nice surprise to find a frig and microwave in the room. If we go back to Notre Dame with our MI water polo team next year I will definitely be booking at the Jameson Inn!

Good for Notre Dame events
I went to Notre Dame for a basketball game so this was a one night stay. The hotel is a good location, right off exit 77 on 31/33. The drive to Notre Dame is just a few minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit dated (not flat screen), but it didn't impact my stay as I wasn't there to spend time in the hotel room. The staff was friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay as it met my criteria: affordable, clean and comfortable and close to ND.

Rocco's has great pizza, but beware if you try to go when there are big Notre Dame events, the line will be long.

very clean , good location
I make an annual trip to Notre Dame and have stayed in several different hotels in the area. . This Hotel is in a good location and you can take a long walk to campus. The room was very clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good. I would definitely return

Well located, decent service and cleanliness
I visit my son every year at South Bend. The Jameson offers good acomodation alternative, provided no foot ball week happens.

Just right
I was in town to visit one of our company vendors. We pulled in at 11pm and got checked in quickly. The room was clean and all ammenities worked correctly. Restaurants are a 3 minute walk if you don't want to use their breakfast area. Good seletion of breakfast menu items.

bad experience in the hotel
My bad experience was one night some person fight next to my room and called to front desk or security and never show up until I called the police and front desk manager never tell me sorry for bad experience
