no security, a friend got mugged on the premises in broad day light. not the dirtiest place I have ever stayed but certainly not one of the cleanest. breakfast room had no ventilation as waffle maker smoked up the room. left room at 8 am returned at 2 pm and room still not cleaned.

The suite-style room was very handy for storing and microwaving some food I brought along. Some of the rooms are also being used for dorm rooms by ISU students. Unfortunately for me, a downtown block party was going on just outside the hotel the night before I had to get up at 5:00 am to catch a flight -- it made finding a parking spot and sleeping very difficult. It was the best deal I found fairly close to Rose-Hulman -- a five minute drive.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service. And LOW COST, too. What?? Did I wake up and find myself in a perfect hotel room for less than a $100? I will definitely stay here again.

Great free HOT breakfast but the best part was the 5:30pm free finger food buffet. Hot dogs, potatoes soup, chips and salsa, cheese, and Chicken Tenders PLUS 3 Free cocktails Each! The pool was a bit small but Hot Tub was nice. A nice breeze on the outside deck with seating also. Right off I 70. Great location. Will definitely stay there again over the Holiday Inn Express from the price line name your own price the night before. Well worth the extra over the $10 savings and old load and smoke filled rooms from the night before. Also has elevators and we were not put into an older part of the hotel or had to walk up a flight of stairs to our room like the night before at the Holiday Inn Express.

The check in was smooth. I was placed on a secured 4th floor - great for the most part. I had two dogs with me and that was a chore, but overall, not bad. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but it was okay.

We picked this hotel for a wedding we were attending. The location worked great being right by the interstate, but not so close that traffic was an issue. Room was very nice and we ended up having an extra body stay with us on the sofa bed. No complaints on that bed either!

Room was ok for the price and what I needed. A place to sleep for the night, Bathroom was a closet with a shower and stool. Did meet my needs. If I wanted more, I would have stayed someplace more expensive.

We ended up staying here because the pool at our original hotel was closed for sanitary reasons. This hotel was so great! The pool was perfect for the kids, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were quiet. Best place to stay in my opinion.

This was a trip for my daughter and her grandmother..They had a wonderful time, but the room was dirty. The bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room was bad. It simply had not been cleaned from the last visitor. Food on the floor, sticky table, stains on the blanket..They did make a small adjustment to the bill, but it was minimal compared to the disappointment. But I have to say, the rest of the trip was great.

Just a good old fashioned Motel. Drive up to your door, walk in and hit the sack. We noticed several occupants were grilling by their rooms, which gave it kind of a neighborhood feel.

Don't know how long of a renovation they've been doing, but place needs a spit shine. Carpets, bathroom and other attention to detail is needed. wifi troubles!!!

I was disappointed with the hot tub. It was not hot and was shut down on my return. If I was told when it would shut, that would have helped.
