the breakfast in the morning is not very exciting. There was a used condom in the parking lot outside the side door the entire week of my stay. This hotel refurbished the bathrooms, but they didn't finish the wall instead there are two blue plastic electrical plates (maybe they took out lights?) I have stayed here several times before and every room has these two electrical plates. The selection of TV channels is limited. The windows open wide, which can be nice.

This place needs some modernizing, but otherwise is fine. A classic badly-designed American motel. The walls are thin, the HVAC is loud, the carpets damp and worn. My room was clean and that is the important thing.

Clean but Noisy
VERY noisy at about 2:30 with drunken patrons yelling in the hallway. Also road-side rooms have terrible traffic noise all night on busy street.

Room were nice and clean
I added a night to the stay and payed regular rates. I asked for a roll away bed and then found out the room had a hideabed. Told them to cancel the roll away bed which they did, but not the extra charge. The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub was out of order.

We had to switch rooms cuz the one they gave us smelled like pot. Neither tvs worked int either room. fiannly got it to work, after the clerk had to program a remote. Waffle iron was dirty and the waffles were sticking.

It fit our needs perfectly
We were there to look for housing & unload a U-Haul with my son's furniture to start Graduate School at KU starting in August. It was great

Baymont
Hotel provided shelter, but not much more. The rooms were small. 2 people could not fit into the bathroom at the same time, so it was difficult getting ready in the morning. Bathroom door kept swinging shut. Pool had a layer of hair on the top of it and was small. Pool next door was very inviting.

Very Family Friendly
The Baymont Inn was in a very safe location so I felt very secure at coming and going at any time. The room was very large and also had a nice size bathroom. It was great to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.
