Super comfy bed
There was a little mix up at the desk when we got there. They didn't have any non-smoking kings left, which we had prepaid for. Instead of sticking us in a smoking room or something with two doubles, we got a free upgrade to a jaccuzzi suite. The accomodations were minimal, but comfortable. the bed was amazingly comfortable, we slept like the dead.

Grandma of one
Wonderful and economically priced
The room was quiet and comfortable with a balcony overlooking a park which was very pleasant. The free breakfast was really nice and had a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, from the desk clerk to the breakfast area manager, who offered to help with anything I needed. Very nice experience. We will stay there again.

The Ugly
We had a smoking room, we are used to the smell of a smoking room but this room had the added odor of cat urine especially by the front entrance of the room.

Nothing fancy, helpfull staff
the staff is very helpful, and willing to go to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. it is an older hotel that does need some updating, but overall was clean and a great value.

hit up the free state brewery and restaurant on massachusetts street. good food and great beer.

Great room for the money
I have never stayed in a quality inn before and was a little iffy about the place, I was very surprised The room was spotless and didnt smell at all, The rooms are not very big but they are great for just sleeping and showering, We forgot to pack shampoo and toothpaste but the front desk gave us some.. The 2 front desk people we talked to where super super friendly and the continental breakfast was actually really yummy. The only downside is you could hear the cars drive by but it wasnt to bad and our room was facing towards a hip hop club but there actually was no noise or problems from that club. The bed was nice, the room was super clean, the bathroom had plenty of towels I will deff, stay here again!

Check out the awesome restaurants downtown they are amazing! If you just want quick yummy pizza delivered go with pizza shuttle!!!!!! Its amazing

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. But the carpets are very dirty and none of us felt very comfortable walking on them with barefeet.
