SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lawrence

Our stay was just what we needed after a long day of non stop youth basketball games. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the hotel was a breath of fresh air; and our room was a perfect fit for our family size and needs. Our children were delighted when we entered the hotel. They thought it was the best hotel they had ever stayed in. And lastly, breakfast was satisfying for everyone. Thank you, Springhill Suites for a wonderful stay!

We picked this hotel for proximity to KU/Downtown Lawrence. It was a very good value. Great location, easy parking. Rooms were very good size. Beds and pillows very comfortable. My only complaint was that shampoo was not sufficient for four people and we were not given any lotion. Breakfast was very good

Attended a family wedding. Located very close to shopping and dining. Very nice accomodations.

Clean, bright, all rooms face the river. Just a block from the main street with lots of cute shops and choices of great eating. There is no eating options in the hotel except for the breakfast buffet (included in the price)that had hot food as well as the standard cold stuff. The laundromat was an added plus.

My friends and I were attending a music event in Lawrence and stayed at the Springhill Suites due to its location. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were kind and friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

Nice modern decor and very clean. Spacious rooms and decent bedding. The only draw back is the train goes by pretty regularly which made the first night of sleep a little difficult to fall asleep but we got used to it by the second night. The breakfast was better than most with the waffles being our favorite. The hot tub was hot but the bubbles were not working that day. Location near Mass Ave made it a good choice over the more expensive boutique on Mass.

Went to a show downtown and hit Mass st for the night. My stay was fabulous. The decor was a bit too much retro for me, but overall great.

Hot water was not available the night of check in, but was available the next morning. The room key worked when entering the first time, but had to be re-programed late after trying to get into the room the same night we checked in. The heater made an annoying alarm sound that only stopped when you turned the heat off. The front desk attendant assured us it would be dealt w/ or we could move rooms. It was not dealt with & we were already settled so we didn't chose to move rooms. I have had better experiences at less expensive hotels. The location was great & we appreciated the complimentary parking. We had a nice view as well.
