CrestHill Suites Wichita

When we arrived they told us they didn't have a suite with two queen beds but offered us two suites which had king size beds no additional charge. The rooms were a nice size. My son liked them very much since he had one of the suites to himself. Hotel was not far from where we were going to visit. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offered a nice breakfast buffet every morning. We enjoyed our stay there and when I go to Wichita I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Rooms are exceptionally spacious and with a kitchenette. Staff is extremely informed and very helpful. It is missing an indoor pool, but other than that, I am already planning my next trip and will be staying there again.

Comfortable, but not wasteful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great! Room was clean and the price is very good for what you get. I spent a week at this hotel. First, the staff. They were always friendly and never rude. I needed a pizza slicer one night and the nice woman at the front desk was happy to find one in the little kitchen they have and handed it over with a smile. Next, the room. We got a good size 2 room suite with a full kitchen with pans, dish washer and disposal . The 2 flat screens helped keep my young child busy. Last is the value. I feel like i got a great deal on my room. Every morning they make a full "but small" breakfast. Its not a sunday brunch but if you want an easy meal to start your day its available and free. Also 4 nights a week they offer a nice meal at night for free also. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying here next time i come out to visit my in laws.

Clean, towels soft but lighting over sink very subdued (difficulty applying makeup). Need to update the formica counter, popcorn ceiling and vhs player in room. Good breakfast, small workout room, perfect location!

Room was dirty with hand prints on the windows. Bed was uncomfortable. Showerhead leaked and water temp handle was broken. Room was cheap but you could see the difference. Did not have internet in the rooms and the business center had one computer. TV remote was broken.

We had 2 rooms & they were great. Got in late & they had supper in the lobby. Was able to get a bite & rest & get ready got the morning the next day. A great place with super staff.

I was surprised at the size of the room and a full kitchen. I wasn't in a position to use the kitchen but would absolutely return to this hotel if I was going to stay for a while. The place was very clean, everything worked, the water pressure in the shower was very good. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. The staff were helpful even went out of their way to help but once failed to document a requested wake-up call and that could have been disastrous. With that exception it was a nice place and a good value.

Hotel is is not immediately next to noisy places which is great!!! But it's also literally a few minutes to just about any type of store or restaurant you'd want. Was in Wichita for a wedding. Hotel on east side of town. Wedding was on west. But as the hotel is within blocks of major roads, everything was easy to get to. Staff was extremely competent and friendly. Asked a couple things and they either knew the answer or found out within a minute. Suite room was large! One big room. Plenty of space betw. bed and sitting area. Kitchenette was more like a small kitchen than a typical kitchenette. There was even a complimentary coke, diet coke, and bottle of water in the fridge! High speed internet was actually high speed!! Breakfast was fine. A larger selection would have been better... Sunday morning was (just) biscuits & gravy for the hot items. Price was equal or better than the other suite hotels in the area. With a larger room and a not-on-highway location (though easy to get anywhere) it's a place we'll book again. Note: Exercise room; coin laundry; snack items; etc. available.
