best of a bad situation

On our way from Louisville Ky to Troy Al, one of us became ill and we had to find a place to stay. We stayed at a lesser hotel th first night. It wreaked of pungent cigarette odor. We went to the immediate care center in Bowling Green (right behind the Hilton Garden Inn). Great place! Clean, helpful! good and plentiful food and close to everything. Thanks for the best of a bad situation.

The salad and buffalo platter was enough for two adult and two small kids. Add one desert and you are set.

Very Nice Hotel

I was in Bowling Green to give a "PC & Internet Security" presentation to the Bowling Green Computer Users Group. This was a very nice trip and I made some very nice friends. This Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to stay when visiting Bowling Green. It has a warm and home-like atmosphere. The room was nicely appointed and had everything needed for either a short or long stay. The staff was very nice, courteous, & accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bowling Green and I will stay there again in the future.

Good value

Basic room with sleep number beds that you could rotate a lever to adjust the firmness/softness of the bed. That was the first time I had that in a hotel. Breakfast buffet for $9.95 had custom cooked eggs that were good; sides good except limited fruit.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

We did 3 tours 40 minutes away at Mammoth caves and took the kids to Beech park which was in a nice area and had lots of rides and a water park. Our kids are 6 & 8 and they really enjoyed visiting the area.

Weekend Stay for a Wedding

The staff was very professional and helped us get settled in. They answered any questions we had about Hilton Honors point accumulation. For once, we had a delicious hot breakfast with fruit, beverages, and cereal - all you can eat - for only $9.95! I couldn't believe the price, especially for a Hilton-owned property! Our room was clean, and the property is well-maintained. Thanks, and we will highly recommend this hotel to others!

All in All Enjoyable!!

The kids loved the pool. The hotel was close to lots of different restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & would stay at this hotel again. The only thing I wished they offered was a fan! We sleep with one every night and even have a small fan for travel but we forgot it at home! We missed the "white noise". Wished all hotels would start offering these, it would make a stay perfect!

An Enjoyable Stay

The hotel was very nice and easily spotted from the main strip. It is also located near a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and a hospital, which is convenient. The hotel staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to use this location the next time we are in Bowling Green, KY.

Great price, great location

We visit Bowling Green a few times a year to see family and friends and have tried most of the hotels in the area. Without a doubt, the HGI is the best hotel for the money and has never disappointed us. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is ideal. Highly recommended!

just ok

We did not sleep well. Sink stopper broken and someone was sent to simlpy lift it up and we could not use it in a down position. But atleast someone was sent to our room. It was just ok. The house keeper should have noticed that. The room was new, but very dusty. We ate at Anna's greek Restaurant that was excellent in food and price, So this made our trip better and convenient.

A very pleasant place to stay

Very nice place to stay. The location is great, it's about 5 minutes off interstate highway 65. Tons of stores and restaurants near by. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. The only negative thing is that the AC is noisy, but it's manageable.
