Great Room, confused on prices
The hotel was tucked away in a quiet corner of Lexington with a lot of other hotels surrounding it which made it a nice place to stay. Restaurants were a 5-10 min drive away and the hotel staff was very helpful. The only unfortunate part was when the receipt I received from the hotel was for an amout much lower than I was quoted. I was told that it was the base unit rate minus the profits of the travel company.

The breakfast bar was limited in their selection of items. Yogurt and hard-boiled eggs were not one of the selections, although we were told by staff that they would have eggs and yogurt. One morning the Waffles were also missing from the menu. The rooms were clean. We stayed in the back of the motel, which was very quiete.

Clean and Comfortable room
Friendly staff, check. Clean room, check. Comfortable beds, check!! This was one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. Reasonable cost, with a Cracker Barrel right behind it. Updated decor, very nice.

me time getaway
I had a very nice experience at this hotel. everything was great. very friendly staff!!! i hadn't been here in quite a few years, and the girl at the desk, (ashley?) made sure to tell me about the breakfast, and when i went to tell her the ice machine on my floor was not working properly, she called maintenance as i was walking away to go to another machine!! to me that was exceptional. THANKS! even one of the housekeeping staff ask if all was ok as i was either leaving or entering the room!! i really liked that. heck, even some of the other guests were very pleasant. the hottub was very clean although a little heavy on the chlorine. just a great time! thanks, vicki

Short drive from hotel
everything you could want to eat is close, the fast food places are within walking distance. but if you want a great steak go to columbia steak house on richmond road. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ask to sit with jeanne, she's awesome! ps. shopping great, too!

Worst hotel stay ever!!!
This hotel was dark, dirty and unsafe. None of the outside doors locked, if they closed at all. The carpet and bathroom were so gross that I didn't want to take my shoes off. The front desk screwed up my room 3 times. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Great value
Half the price of similar motels in the area. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good continental breakfast. Convenient location on NE side of Lexington. We were traveling in the Louisville and Lexington areas for business and pleasure and chose to stay there on the way out and back. It was a good choice. The only problem we had was that the free wireless Internet was down the second night we were there. I understand it was down for several of the motels in that area that evening.

Average accomodations at a good price
A vanilla accommodations experience, and that ain't half bad. The staff were brusk but efficient and helpful. The room was clean and in good repair. Given the price, this was more than adequate for my needs. I'd stay there again.
