Crowne Plaza LEXINGTON NEAR UK / KEENELAND

My husband and I came into town to go to Keeneland. We couldn't find a hotel near the racetrack, so we went with a good stand by. The hotel was clean, and well kept. The food at the restaurant/bar was fabulous! My only complaint is that there was no where to get any type of snack or small food item to eat. In addition, the hotel doesn't have movies. If you are wanting to relax at your hotel and watch a movie or two, this is not the place for you. Overall, nice place to stay!

I read bad reviews of this hotel, but I was not given many choices. I reserved an executive suite. A bed, couch, desk, chair. I got two beds, a table and chairs and a desk. The Heat went on by itself and would not go off. They kindly and immediately sent me to another room which was exactly one half as large. Then, they sent me to another room that looked like someone was using, bed turned down, all lights on, heavy with cigarette smoke. Who smokes anymore? The next room was still not exactly what I wanted, but ok. The restaurant was barely ok. Staff was great.

Wee enjoyed the stay. All rooms have tempurpedic beds. I always wanted to try one out. Excellent night sleep.

I tried a new hotel and it did not pay off. After several attempts at replacing our room card we were finally moved into a different room. In that room, the telephone did not work, the t.v.remote did not work, and the bathtub seemed to have some mold around the caulking. For such a high profile named hotel, not much stood out after that. I am back to the Hampton Inn.

This was a classic style hotel, very cute and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a random wet area of the carpet near the desk, but it didn't affect our stay.

I was very impressed as soon as I pulled up to the Hotel. Very pleasant, warm, and welcoming. The staff was delightful, the amenities were very nice. We hung out at the bar for a few hours before retiring to our very beautiful room, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Staff at the front desk was right up there. The bed was awesome. Not the best sound proof room, but only heard another door slam once. Air quality was pretty good too. Bathroom was a little small, but to be expected with the older hotel. The Campbell house has been around since the early 80's.

4:00pm is a ridiculous check in time. I had hoped our room would at least be ready by 3:00 but no such luck. However, the guest in front of us some how got their room before the check in time. I had a 6:00 meeting that left me changing in the car. not fun. Most importantly, the beds were quiet comfortable and I felt safe and secure inside the hotel.

Great hotel, restaurant/lounge and live band was fun and with quite good food.
