Ramada Conference Center of Lexington

This hotel was not anything special. The room was clean and the front desk and staff were nice. The interior seemed dated and their were parts that were beat up and not in the best of shape. The back elevator by entrance 5 would not let me out at one point. It closed the door and would not move or reopen the door, it finally moved after waiting about 10 minutes. Wish breakfast was added into the room instead of paying separate and going to a restraunt.

This was the worst Ramada hotel I have ever been to. The sauna had a 2x4 with nails on it standing in the corner, it wasn't on when we tried to use it on Saturday. The hot tub was cold when we tried to use it on Friday. The toilet was broken. The foot stool was missing 2 of its legs, causing it to wobble. There was hair all over the bathroom, and a brown stain I had to clean up before I could use the shower, which didn't have the hand wand they had advertised on the website. When we did get in the sauna it smelled like someone had used it as a restroom. When we brought our concerns to more than one member of hotel staff, who appeared to be unconcerned, nor offered any kind of solution. Sunday morning we sent an email to Ramada's corporate office. That got us a friendly response and a full refund. I plan to stay at other Ramada hotels in the future. In Lexington, Ky I would go to another hotel.

it was overall a good stay. the place is a bit old and under cared for.

The room was below average. Bathroom was dirty!!! Needed thorough cleaning. Room smelled.

It was easy to get around, just off of New Circle, but also by I-75. We shopped at the Mall, and surrounding shops, went to the park behind the mall. Took in a party! Hotel staff were very curtious and helpful! Breakfast was great, everything you could think of! The only down side was neither the restuarant nor the lounge was open Sunday evening, so we had to go elsewhere to eat! Otherwise would have given 5 stars!

Door framed had been broken as if the door had been forced open and door rattled! Bathroom drain plugged! Had to plug all the lights in! TV was years old and couldn't adjust picture. No in room "net" availability. Our key would not let us into the swimming area. We asked for a 3-4 star accomodation and got a minus 3 - 4 star room. Thank God the city of Lexington made up for this fiasco. TAKE IT OFF YOUR LIST!!!

Unaccomodating.

While the staff was friendly, we had pre-paid for a two nght stay and left after one night as this was so dirty and discusting that we could not stay a second night. My wife is highly allergic to Mold and this became a medical issue for us as well. We will never stay there again.

the hotel and rooms were nice, didn't get to go to the breakfast area, woke up too late and just got ready to go to our family reunion. We were near the pool, so the kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. There was some humidity in the room because of the pools being so close to the rooms, but overall, we like the hotel and would go back there.

Stayed here about 10 days ago and loved the room but these rooms the toilet didn't want to flush and the sink wouldn't drain.
