Nice room, nice staff, liked the Bistro. Noisy air conditioning unit. Cycled on and off. Annoying. Still overall better room and value than the supposedly 5 star hotel in Lisbon that I stayed in last week.

State Fair/concert
Arrived to be pleasently surprised that it was only a couple of blocks from the entrance of Freedom Hall and the State Fair. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definetly recommend this hotel and will stay there the next time I'm in Louisville.

Corporate Seminar Trip
We stayed on Sunday eve. and took the Hotel shuttle at 6:00 a.m. to the airport. Parked our car at the same Hotel for no charge for the entire time we were gone. Hotel was very close to airport and clean. Staff were friendly and accomadating. Hotel was updated and very clean and nice. Classy Decor.Parked right out front in a very well lit and safe parking lot. When we returned from the trip we called the Hotel and got an Immediate shuttle pickup for the short trip back to the hotel--driver was very pleasant.

clean but very expensive.
The hotel was clean. We were given vouchers for a hot breakfast buffet or to order in the restaurant for the next morning. There was no hot breakfast, nor could we even order. We had pastries and yogurt. We paid nearly a $100. that was at a discount. The funny thing was the staff did not know there was not going to be any breakfast, they were not told. The assistant manager is asking us if we were going to get some hot pancakes and the one guy working the kitchen says to him "do you have hot pancakes becasue I don't". I asked why I was even given vouchers, they said the gentleman who worked the night before did not know there would be no breakfast. SOOO if there aren't enough people staying in the hotel NO BREAKAST.

An enjoyable experience
From pickup at the airport to the return to the airport the whole experience was great. All staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. They went out of their way to make this a postive experience.

Nice room, Very helpful staff
We asked the front desk staff for pizza restaurant recommendations and directions. We were given the name of the restaurant she frequents and printed directions for that place and several more.

Welcomed stop of the night
I just had a one night stop on a very hectic business trip. I chose the Marriot Courtyard near the airport in Louisville, KY. I was made to feel very welcome, the staff were all courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver promptly picked me up at the airport when I returned my rental car, and assured me that they would have me back to the airport very early the next morning for my flight out. And they did just that with a smile and a thank you! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other travelers, I am never dissappointed when I chose a Marriot Hotel.
