Nice Hotel

Run for the Roses
Very enjoyable experience! Employees picked us up at the airport and drove us back and forth to Churhill Downs in their own cars. The breakfast was more than expected. Perfect location for easy highway access to downtown Louisville.

Awesome eperience... Employees and manager were very accomodating and friendly. Employees shuttled us back and forth to the race track in personal vehicles. The continental breakfask was better than expected.

Very nice Hotel
I was in Louisville for a wedding across the river in Indiana. The room was very clean. It was big and the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were a great touch. And no extra cost. Very convenient to the freeway and downtown. Great room for the money. Friendly personnel and just a great suite.

Horseshoe Casino is just a 20 minute drive and Days Inn was a great value for the money, compared to the cost of staying in or near the casino

Staff was very helpful, rooms clean. the facility is relatively new. The surrounding area is a bit run down, and doing without a car would be difficult.

Nice hotel for the price
I went to Churchill Downs for 2 days. Hotel is right off of I-264 about 4 miles from the track. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I had no issues at all with my stay. For the price, one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed at.

Short drive from hotel
You will have to drive or take a taxi to eat. Subway, Wendy's and McDonald's are about 1/2 mile from hotel. There was a Texas Roadhouse and Bob Evan's 1 exit up on 264. No issue if you have a vehicle. BTW, I did not try the tuna salad sandwich at Thornton's gas station across the street, so I can't confirm one reviewer's comment about how good it is. :-)
