Remodeled since the other reviews!
Everything was new except the bathroom tile and non-flat panel tv. No complaints and the kids enjoyed the great indoor pool since we got in late and location is close to shopping and food. Very nice, thanks!

Top Cut
Non-refunded room due to flight cancella
Carpet in room was very stained, beds had a visual sway in them due to being worn out, when asked for refund due to flight cancellation we were told nothing could be done. Shuttle driver to airport was very helpful and nice.

Family Man
Old & Wore Out!
Place is just old and wore out. Staff is always new hires with little regard to repeat customers. Been going here for years because of location . In the past was much better . Now it's dirty with rude unhelpful staff . Room cleaning was a joke . Our family most likely will go elsewhere.

This hotel is conveintly located if you have business at the Expo Center or leisure at Six Flags. Would have liked more working space and drawer space since it was two of us traveling. Good restaurants within three to five miles of hotel

Lax cleanliness and housekeeping
The hotel looks nice, the room looked nice, and the location was good being near the airport and highways, although seemed right on the edge of the dicey side of town. The room was not totally clean. Our coffee maker didn't work, and the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We were brought a rollaway bed and were told we'd be charged for it, but they backed down on that thankfully. The rollaway was comfortable. The main bed (king size) had nasty, obvious stains on the blanket, and we asked for a clean one, which we did get. We had the impression that cleanliness was not a priority. The staff was not overly friendly. I wouldn't rush back.

Short drive from hotel
The hotel is fairly close to downtown, the airport and major highways. We were there for the Waverly Hills Sanitorium, which was about 15-20 minutes away. There is some dining along the Dixie Highway, and grocery, drug and liquor stores nearby.
