Business to Alexandria

The hotel was very nice, very clean and staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. I would certainly stay there again. My only complaint is that my room was right behind the cafe and across from housekeeping and it was way too loud at 5am. I would expect a better location for $200+/night.

Death in the Family

My travel to Alexandria Louisiana was a sad time for me. The hotel staff was excellent!!! They offered assistance whenever they thought I needed help. I missed breakfast one morning and they were so kind to go out of their way to prepare whatever I wanted as a matter of fact they asked what I would like to have. Upon arrival late that night the check in clerk asked if I needed help getting my bags up stairs. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and wonderful accomondations I experienced during this time. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

GREAT HOTEL - GOOD LOCATION -

EXCELLENT ROOM - STAFF VERY HELPFUL - COULD NOT REGULATE HEAT AND NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - OTHER WISE A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY.
