Conveniently located on US Hwy 71(MacArthur Drive), just off of I-49. Walking distance to the Louisiana Convention Center and local restaurants. Must have 1 Adult 21 years or older in each room. A cash deposit of 50.00 USD required for cash paying and Debit card using Guests.

Hotel is just a short walk from Ryan's and from Cajun Landing - one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten in. Excellent food.

Good and Bad

Room was clean, but the musty smell was there for sure. Outside street noise and lights from parking lot were noticable at night. Hotel needs to update. Tv in room did not have a clear picture.

Nice for the money paid!

We only got the room for naps and swimming on a day trip to the zoo. For the money we paid, it was perfect. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled good and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was much smaller than we thought, but it served our purposes fine.

Clean and comfortable

I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it was adequate for my needs. It was clean, comfortable, and a good place to rest between appointments. I didn't require anything beyond the basics. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
