The only thing great about this hotel is its location & its pet friendly; but other than that, it's just an average 2 star hotel, opt for something more hotelish

Quiet stay
The staff was very helpful and had everything ready for me upon my entry. The room was very neat, though very date, it was kept up nice. The air conditioner did not stay on the temperature I preferred but it wasnt hot so it was ok.

It was just OK...
It was in a great location of town. (right between Citiplace and Town Center) The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing really special about the room. The bed made alot of noise when you moved around and most of the hotel smelled of smoke even though I had a non-smoking room. All in all for the price it was worth it. I would stay there again but I doubt I would recommend it to friends.

There are two really awesome bars right down the street. (The Cove and Port Royal). Also great place to eat and a movie theater just a short walk across a bridge.

Will not stay there again
Terrible bed and pillows. VERY small bathrooms, no shampoo or hairdryer. Horrible towels and the whole place smelled like smoke!!!! Supposed to be non-smoking!!! If we could have found another room we would have checked out after the first night.

Dump in Baton Rouge
Besides losing my reservation and then giving me a Smoking room that was awful, we could not stay. This place is a DUMP and I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here. I would not stay here if they offer me a month FREE.

Great stay!
Was in town visting a friend and needed a place close by to stay. The staff was very friendly was in a good area with lots of places to eat and things to see and do. Rooms were clean and neat. Will book again!
