Tennis Tournament
I booked 3 rooms for a group of 6. And we had 3 other rooms for our group total of 6 rooms. The shower didn't work in one, but they did repair in a reasonable time. Good thing we noticed it early because we had places to go. One room the air cut on and off, but the temp. was ok. Beds were not so comfortable. We come every year, but I don't think we will be staying there next year.

Great Service, Unclean Hotel Room
When I first checked in, the room I was staying in was dusty, had hair in the bed, on the towels, and in the bathtub. The front desk kindly gave me a new room, although the mattress pad had a blood stain on it (which was visible through the sheets). The hotel staff were extremely kind, but this is not a hotel I would stay at again. It may have been just my luck since others didn't seem to have the same experience as I did.

Terrible experience
I travel a lot and therefore I am able to compare hotels and service. I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The second night my room was not cleaned. I came to the hotel about 4:30 p.m. and noticed that they had not cleaned it. Before going out to dinner, I notified the front desk that my room had not been cleaned. They assured me they would clean it. When I came later that night the room had not been cleaned. When I told them about the incident at the front desk, when I checked out the next morning, this unpolite woman said "we were busy yesterday. In the hotel I always stayed at they don't clean the room either and it is 5 stars." I could not believe what this woman said and she could not care less. She did not even say "Sorry about it." Never again to that hotel! Truly, I expected them to offer me a refund for the second night, but of course they did not.

The hotel was really great! The pool was too little and there were opened diet dr. pepper cans in our room fridge. The bathroom was a little too small. The beds were very comfortable. I really liked the hotel!

Memorial Day Getaway
We booked this hotel for a restful Memorial Day getaway. The first room we were given had not been vacuumed and seemed dirty. The counters and surfaces has not been wiped down and the "clean" glasses were obviously not clean. At the front desk [...] immediately changed our room to the Executive Floor. This room was better. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and we had a nice weekend. I would stay here again. For the price and the size of the city, it was pretty good.

Lafayette can be confusing to drive in, lots of one way streets. But there is a lounge in the hotel that is pretty cool.

it was just a getaway weekend. staff was knowledgeable about what was going on in town. Room was big. Hotel quiet. Only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room. We've been coming to this hotel for years, either for conventions or pleasure and we're never disappointed.

blue moon saloon has very differents kinds of music, we caught a band called vagabond swing, they were good.
