Look Further
The hotel was clean and I got the impression it was new. I got there and only after checking in did I discover that the elevator was not working. I understand, these things happen. The desk clerk offered to help us carry our bags upstairs. I wasn't bothered by this until the next day when it still wasn't working and when I asked at the front desk I didn't get a very caring response. Just a deer in the headlights. How dare I question such a thing! The supposed breakfast they offered was the worst I've ever experienced. How do you screw up fresh fruit? The coffee and hot food was not being replenished and people were just standing around waiting. My second day I didn't even attempt the hotel breakfast. The hospitality area was full of teenage boys and their chaperones. The noise was deafening. Granted this wasn't the hotel's fault but the overall experience left me not wanting to go back.
