Resort it's not!

I read a review that compared this hotel to a resort. It is not. It's an old Holiday Inn that is undergoing renovation. While I appreciate the renovations they are making and the room was decent, they are missing the basics. The furniture is huge in these large rooms, but there is no desk for working at. I hardly ever have to go to the front desk but on this trip I had to daily. No coffee two days, no soap one day, no coffee cups another. A decent place and nice stay but very expensive for the service received
