Not Relaxing!!!!

Upon Arrival at the hotel we had to wait so the lady at the front desk could go floor to floor to see which rooms were ready. We arrived at 3:45 and check in is at 3:00. The next morning we were awoken at 8:00 am by someone in the room above up stopming around, it was very loud, they were rattling the pictures on our walls. Then at 10:00 housekeeping started beating on the door (we had the Do NOT disturd sign out) and after the second time we told them we did not need anything they rudely asked when we were leaving. Check out is not until 12:00 so we did not have to be out of the room until then.
