I thought the room would be bigger. But it was okay for the price I paid. The breakfast was okay, but there was not always someone there when you needed them. I would stay there again for the same price.

Nice stay
It was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a fine dining and the menu prices were reasonable.

Just OK
The hotel was ok for the value,it's location is further from downtown than they advertise,the staff was very friendly and helpful.

OK but not great
Hotel had very easy access from I-10, however the first time that I went into the bathroom, there was a giant cockroach on the floor... nasty. The A/C unit in the room was plenty cold, but didn't dehumidify which is a must in LA. The carpet was kind of damp the whole time. The shower temperature was very touchy.

Very Nice Stay
Went to New Orleans for a family reunion 5/26/11 - 5/31/11 and had never stayed at this hotel in the past. Had stayed at the Hilton and Harrah's and was leary about this hotel because of some of the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was very nice and clean, free breakfast was very nice as well (hot waffels, bagels, toast, cereal, muffins and danish, etc) also had a laundry room so we could clean our clothes to go back to Ohio without having to do laundry upon our return. The front desk was very polite. Pool was also nice. I will stay at this Best Western when I return to New Orleans

If you want to stay at a hotel outside of the city but be close enough this is the hotel for you. Only about a 10 - 15 minute drive to the shopping in the French Quarer

Great stay!
I was in town to interview for a teaching position. The hotel was in a great location. The people, especially housekeepers were very helpful. I would stay in the hotel again when in New Orleans.

Rambling Rose
New Orleans trip
My complaint is this... at 2:38am someone opened the door to our hotel room. Thank God the latch was on the door. The front desk said they made a mistake. They thought the room was empty. Someone wanted to see how the room looked before booking at that hotel. What?! What? At 2:38 in the morning? On the third floor? Ridiculous! Our lives could have been in danger. And our room keys didn't work after that, but the stranger's key card did. I was upset. The food from the restaurant was not good.
