French Quarter Festival
The hotel was very nice. It was located downtown right in the mix of things . The only negative thing is the parking. We were hit with a $60.00 parking fee at checkout. They should have mentioned that at check-in. If your staying there parking should be free.There was cheaper parking in that area that I would have considered. Other than that it was a great stay.

Wonderful!!
This hotel was in the perfect location and the staff was wonderful. Downtown New Orleans, 6 blocks from the Casino, French Quarter, Jackson Square and the river. The staff was so helpful with directions and recommendation for food and beverage. The room was so comfortable heat/air and was very surprised to find a refrigerator. Would use this motel again.

Close to everything
Lobby is nice and updated. Room was a bit musty smelling. Bed was firm. Close to Canal and Bourbon St. Friendly staff.

great time
too many marriots in one location, no choice for valet parking, charged for water and breakfast when it was to be included. bed was wonderful most comfortable ever, overall a great stay.

Great 2nd year anniversary trip
Great location to walking distance from the main streets, staff is great, only down fall is that there is no pool in building, if you want pool you need to walk to another building.

Good location Fair price
Room very comfortable and quiet...very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet sevice very helpful and friendly...although they were a little slow at times getting our vehicle, but it was a saturday night one block away from Burbon Street, so its forgivable! Will definatly stay again.
