Wonderful staff

The Days Inn was perfect for my wife and I. The staff was wonderful at helping us with any questions we had about the area.

Order Sol's for pizza and Po'boys. they truely are amazing. when they deliver they run your card at the room this way you dont have to provide a credit/debit card over the phone.

Issues over and over

I will admit that we were concerned about finding a room in the area due to conferences and St Patricks day so were happy for the availability. Unfortunately, our first room didn't have a working toilet. The receptionist was short on the phone and asked for us to come to the desk. We received a different room, with some difficulty and lack of friendliness from the staff. The second room had a non working airconditioner and non working phone. We again asked for a room change, was received with the same short, curt attitude. Our third room was ok but obviously was upgraded in a sloppy fasion. We recognize that this hotel may be recovering from the hurricaine but it sthe staff was rude and non helpful. Our second room as given to another guest, who pulled the airconditioning unit our ot the room and onto the balcony. We will certianly question staying at a Days' Inn again

musty & broke

First off there was an ambulance in the drive way as soon as we pulled in. Second when I walked into loby people were in there complaning about different things and one person was even requesting a refund. Third our room was suppose to be non-smoking and it smelled so bad, the knob on the faucet broke, the bed was hard as a brick, the room just did not look clean or inviting. This was a terrible room for the price.

Unbeatable location for the price''

During my visit in N.O. I visit old friends, visited the casino had a great time.love the location so close to I-10 interstate.

Days Inn Stay

The hotel needed to be thouroghly cleaned and upgrade with better sleeping facilities. I can say that the staff were very polite, but the devestation of the hurricanes has really downgraded the quality of the hotel.

the bad, and the really ugly"

Arrived hotel room was damp and musty. Had the smell of rug being damp. A terrible smell. We asked to be moved to another room. I was a bit better but still lacked upkeep. I will never stay at another Days Inn again. My overall experience with a Days Inn in the past and now have always been the same. It lacks upkeep.

slightly satisfied customer

the pool was filthy and unswimable; coffee pot did not work - I called twice for a replacement, finally got a new one on the 3rd request. The 1st room we were put into was a smoking room (dispite request for non-smoking).
