Great hotel in great location.
Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Located just off of Canal Street. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, the Superdome, Jackson Square and all riverfront. Easy access to St. Charles and riverfront street cars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Visiting Jackson Square and touring the St. Louis Cathedral (located on the square) is a must for any visitor to New Orleans.

Bowl Game Bound
We checked in on New Years Day, also happened to be a Saint's home game and had to wait an hour, but the room was clean, made up, extra cot in place very quickly. The staff are great!!!! Very courteous and helpful. It is 1 block from Bourbon Street and a few blocks from Jackson Square so an easy walk. Best thing is that we parked the car and didn't have to drive again until we checked out. You can go eat, explore with your camera, shop. Then easily drop everything off in your room and out for the evening on Bourbon or Frenchman (a 20 - 30 minute walk). I would stay here again.

Great location and a very nice experience!
Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had an enjoyable time. The staff were all very polite and helpful, the bed comfortable and the room was clean. What more could you want?

Oceana restaurant for breakfast - just a short walk around the corner. Good, plentiful coffee, good food at decent prices, and a wonderful waitstaff!

Great location, price, staff
We stayed at this hotel for a girls' getaway weekend. It's exactly what you'd expect for a three star hotel, plus it has an indoor pool and weight room. We stayed on the 15th floor and it was quiet; lower floors would probably be noisier. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was always very nice and helpful, especially the concierge Broderick.

Wonderful choice!
We changed our minds and decided to stay here at the last min. We saved a ton on transportation because we could walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we felt safe leaving our stuff in our rooms. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. We even had some wonderful room service! We would defiantly stay here against.

Holiday Inn in the French Quarter in New Orleans
When making reservations for our stay on Orbitz, I found it difficult to find a hotel in the French Quarter as the town was filled with football fans for the Saints game and the LSU game. The only hotel available in the French Quarter was this Holiday Inn. My grandniece and I were so very happy with everything. Location, cleanliness, daily service, etc. A wonderful, pleasant experience
